UPG Spark Fellowship: Be the spark or Find your spark

The UPG Spark Fellowship gives those selected the opportunity to make a powerful impact by flexing their leadership skills in a limited period. Leaders who are ready to make a big difference have the opportunity to be assigned to specific responsibilities and demonstrate their spark through excellent outcomes. A small number of Leaders may also be given this opportunity to use their talents in the expectation that they may find their spark.

During the Fellowship, those in the programme are known as a “Candidate, UPG Spark

Fellowship”. Upon successful completion, they are certified as UPG Spark Fellows.

Dates: The initial duration is 6 months for this role. An extension is possible based on performance.
Employment rate: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week).

Remuneration: Competitive.
