United People Global

United People Global (UPG) is recruiting Event (Volunteers) to support our mission to make the world a better place. 

• • Volunteers will help at the United for Ukraine event in Geneva on Wednesday, 17 May 2023 afternoon (https://unitedpeople.global/initiatives/unitedforukraine/)
  • Welcome participants, checking their registration and passport, and assigning seats.
  • Work with an international team.
  •  Learn about the work of a global NGO and community.
  • Half day (3 pm to 6.30pm).
    

Qualifications and Skills

• A personable and open manner.
• Minimum 18 years old
• English and/or French language skills. Any other language skills a plus.
• Ability to grasp new information quickly.
• A willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attendance at virtual pre-event meeting might be required.

Location:  Geneva, Switzerland (details to be shared)

Dates: Wednesday, 17 May 2023 3pm to 6.30pm

Employment rate: Temporary

Remuneration: This is a volunteer position. Volunteers will get a certificate recognizing their work.
