Position Description
- Help to develop and implement comprehensive content management strategies aligned with UPG’s goals and audience.
- Assist cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and evaluate impactful content management projects.
- Research and write engaging blog posts.
- Edit and proofread blog posts.
- Assist with social media content creation.
- Support other content-related tasks as needed.
- Work with colleagues to understand UPG’s brand identity, target audience and key messaging.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify content opportunities.
- Conduct market research and create engaging and informative that resonates with the target audience.
- Create high quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for search engine optimization and ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice.
- Develop and manage content for UPG’s blog.
- Select relevant channels to reach our diverse audience.
- Test content and review its impact.

- Content and creative writing skills.
- Skills in graphic design.
- Content editing skills.
- Copy writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
- Experience using analytic tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions such as Google Analytics.
- Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to turnaround content in a short time.
- Ability to create video content is a plus.
Location: The role is remote.
Dates: The initial duration is between 6 months and 1 year for this role. An extension is possible based on performance.
Employment rate: Part-Time or Full-Time
Remuneration: This is a volunteer position.
